  This area raises the lot rent every year $5 and they have a no dog outside policy but it's dogs all over the place and they poop in the yard and they don't spray the areas anymore for pests. We now have to take care of that. They charge you any type of late few that they want never the same. They also charge you if you aren't keeping your grass cut the way they want. But they will not cut your grass even if you pay them. They have horrible potholes they continue to only cover with rocks then the pothole comes back again that you have to dodge every time you drive your car.
